As a professional manufacturer of high quality Pressure Vessel, DFC Pressure Vessel Manufacturer Co., Ltd. Could serve water treatment, petrochemical, refinery, fertilizer industries. Offer a wide variety of Tank, Filter, Cationite filter, Sand filter, Activated Carbon Filter, Multi- media Filter, Conveying tank, Surge Tank, Stainless Tank, fermentation tank, Separator, Filter separator, Test Separator, Product Separator, Heat exchanger, Air cooler and Tower, Which complying with ASME, PED (97/23 / EC), CUTR and CRN requirements, and knowing well norms and standards such as: ASME Code Section VIII Div. 1, Passport, AS1210, EN13445, TEMA, API650, API620, PD5500, GB150, GB151, JB4710.

DFC has established long-term cooperation with the third party inspection company such as: TUV, BV, DNV, ABS, CSEI, CCSI, SGS, Moody, and TYPSA who help us to ensure that all raw materials, fabrication procedures and final products are in accordance with our customers′ requirements. DFC has got ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 such management system certification, and got ASME U stamp and NB certification. Could serve the customers very well with such management certification.

Our workshop covers an area of 30, 000 square meters. The lifting capacity of a single workshop is 280 tons. There are 3000 mm * 120 mm bending machines, vertical lathes with diameter of 5000mm, 5m*5m*20 m heat treatment furnace, and tube-tube plate automatic welding machines. Also DFC has CNC drilling machines and equipped with surfacing overlaying machines for composite plates.

Our production equipment ranks in the top 20 in China. In the past 30 years, we have provided thousands of high-temperature and high-pressure pressure vessels to the petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, and fertilizer industries and so on.
