Audited Supplier The surge tank is mainly used to surge the pressure fluctuation of the system in various systems to make the system work more smoothly.
The principle is achieved by compressing the air in the tank. When the oil and gas mixture enters the buffer tank, the oil and gas are fully separated by the principle of oil and gas separation. Due to the difference in specific gravity, the oil is at the bottom of the tank and the air is at the top of the tank. In normal work, due to continuous oil feeding, the pressure of the tank is always relatively stable, and the oil enters the inlet of the pump evenly through the oil collecting screen at the bottom of the buffer tank, thus creating a stable working condition for the oil transfer pump.
