sand media filter consists of tanks filled with silica sand or crushed granite. Contaminants are filtered from the water as it flows through the filtering media. Sand filters are widely used in water purification and remove suspended matter by a completely different mechanism.Multiple tanks of sand media are used to obtain sufficient filtration at the design flow rate of the irrigation system.

DFCTANK workshop covers an area of 30,000 square meters. The lifting capacity of a single workshop is 280 tons. There are 3000 mm * 120 mm bending machines, vertical lathes with diameter of 5000mm , 5m*5m*20 m heat treatment furnace, and tube-tube plate automatic welding machines. Also DFC has CNC drilling machines and equipped with surfacing overlaying machines for composite plates.
