DFC Pressure Vessel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (DFC) is located at No. 27, Sanxia Road, Shijiazhuang
Economic and Technological Development Zone. Where 2.5km north is Shihuang Expressway, 40 minutes
drive from Shijiazhuang Airport, 250 km from capital city Beijing and 450 km from Tianjin Port. It's good
location and convenient transportation.
DFC Pressure Vessel Manufacturing Co., Ltd was named Shijiazhuang Dongfang Petrol-Chemical
Machinery Factory, which was acquired by Shijiazhuang Zhengyuan Tower Equipment Co.,Ltd in 2017. DFC
got qualification for D1,D2 designing and fabrication in 1988 and acquired manufacturing licence for A1
pressure vessel issued by State Bureau of Technical Supervision. In 1999, DFC passed the US ASME
standard "U" stamping product certification and got ISO 9001 certificate in 2001. It's the production
fixed-point processing export enterprises in chemical fertilizer industry and petrochemical machinery both
from domestic and abroad.
DFC is an important exporter of petro-chemical equipment in China. DFC have has extensive experience in
complying with PED (97/23 / EC), CUTR and CRN requirements. DFC is familiar with domestic and
international norms and standards such as: GB150,GB151,
JB4710,ASME Code Section VIII Div.1,CUTR,
AS1210,EN13445,TEMA,API650 ,API620,and PD5500. DFC can meet the design and fabrication
requirements of customers from all over the world. DFC has established long-term cooperation with the third
party inspection company such as :TUV, BV, DNV, ABS, CSEI, CCSI, SGS, Moody, and TYPSA who help us
to ensure that all raw materials, fabrication process and final products are in accordance with our customers'
requirements.
DFC has strong technical strength. The company has more than 340 employees, and has various
professional and technical personnel such as chemical machinery, welding, non-destructive testing, English,
and automatic control. It's equipped With product design room, welding laboratory, mechanical properties
laboratory, NDT room, can undertake external design,complete assessment of welding process, welder
assessment, non-destructive testing personnel training, physical and chemical test assessment
independently. The design room has a computer network system of design, process and management:
computer aided design (CAD), process equipment strength calculation software SW6, design software
PVELITE, bill of materials (BOM).
DFC covers an area of 700,00 square meters, in which 24000 M2 for modern production plant, 1250 M2 for
office building . The pressure vessel workshop is a fixed institution with relatively fixed plant and machinery.
It has a 20,000 square meter carbon steel production workshop and a 7300 square meter stainless steel
manufacturing workshop. The power supply in the workshop is fixed and the capacity is 1200KVA. The
workshop is equipped with a fixed water source interface to meet production, domestic water and fire
protection
